Refund Policy
At Widners Club, we deal in carefully curated vintage timepieces, each with its own history and character. Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our watches, all sales are generally considered final.
However, if you receive a watch that is significantly different from its description or not in working condition upon arrival, you may request a return or refund within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate this, please contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue.
All approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Once the watch is received and inspected, we will process the refund accordingly.
Please note that minor signs of wear, aging, or patina are part of the charm of vintage watches and will not be considered defects.
Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the buyer unless the issue is verified to be on our end.
